She always answered her phone, had a professional and correct answer to every question, in fact in the five years we tried to sell this home, she was our third agent and knew more than both the other agents hands down. She was always on time, met with the three of us a number of times, and kept all three of us siblings trying to sell the home our parents left to us in the loop so all three of us knew what was going on at any time. In the first few months, Rebecca had our listing, she was bringing offers to us and encouraging us to wait for the best offer. In the five years before she came on board, we only got one offer and it fell through. All three of us would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca for any real estate job because she is that excellent at being a Realtor.

Rebecca has helped with not only 1 house but 3 and the final house we were able to purchase. Rebecca endured sellers that would not give pertinent information, were verbally abusive and kept her performance professional. I admire Rebecca because she went above and beyond the call of duty. She did an awesome job and should we ever choose to purchase another home Rebecca would be my first choice.

Knowing that we had someone who we felt was honestly looking out for our wants and needs made the experience a pleasure. She not only interacted with us, but developed a caring relationship with our children - communicating with and including them as part of the decisions. Our home search began under extremely stressful circumstances; going in, we were already tired and on edge. Mrs. Crochet calmed and reassured us and proceeded to find the perfect home for our family. She made sure that every detail of the purchase itself was taken care of, but she also took care of us. We feel like we were treated as family, with compassion, honesty, and understanding. She responded to last night and early morning phone calls and texts. She never hesitated when we asked to see a house more than once or when we presented her with unending changes to our list of requirements. Mrs. Crochet went above and beyond with every aspect of our home buying experience. She was patient, caring, honest, and knowledgeable. She made sure we understood each step of the process and included us in everything, but also managed to keep things stress free and enjoyable.

We actually looked at 10 different homes in one day, until we found the perfect one just right for our family.
