Our company was incorporated as Aztec Realty Corp. in 1975 and our Broker and President; Rick Page has been leading its progress from day one.

Rick has lived in the area for over 45 years and upon graduating from Charlotte High School went on to obtain his bachelors degree from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts at the University of Florida in 1973.

The company and its agents have won numerous awards for quality of service and production both at the local REALTOR level and from the Century 21 System.
