Buyer reviewRick was very realistic he didn't put on much of a show by that I mean wasn't flashy or acting like a celebrity or something like other agents I had spoken with he was honest and gave his opinions and just really sold himself by being true to who he is. This was Rick and I first time dealing with hud so it was a learning experince for the both of us. He didn't know all of the ins and outs but anything he didn't know he would quickly find answers to.
