Buyer reviewI would be lying if I said my fiancé and I weren't anxious going into this process , but luckily we had a great realator . Rob is an amazing agent , he was very patient and explained everything we needed to know along the way . We ended up making an offer on a beautiful home and Rob gave us several strategies and explained how each would/ could affect the outcome .(his insight and knowledge of the financial side of things really was reassuring and helped me to be at ease and understand the process knowing exactly what was going to happen) After we made and offer the seller counter offerd back , Rob stood strong in the negotiations and ended up getting us a new roof and a new AC !!! We now are proud owners of our first home and we couldn't be happier , we are so thankful to have met Rob Hurt. I would highly recommend him .
