Seller reviewI would recommend Robert Sadler as a Realtor because of the knowledge he has of the area and he stayed on top of the process of selling our home. Because we were out of the area while our home was being listed and shown, Robert made sure the house was ready for any showing and that we were aware when the yard needed mowing and would set that up for us. Did not have to worry about the house while we were not there.

Seller reviewThis was a sale of a second home that I no longer needed. Robert let me know what needed to be done put me in touch with contractors who did a professorial job in a timely manor. I had no idea what the market was in his area took his advice on pricing this property. He Evidently new what he was talking about as I had a contract the first day on the market. Having been a Realtor for a number of years, several years ago I felt if I was paying him I should take his advice.

I have several other properties in Pecos county, and I look forward to continuing to work with Mr. Sadler. He made a very difficult sale of an unattractive property to a tough buyer possible! He is an all around, A#1 business man and very knowledgeable regarding real estate in the West Texas area. I'm getting ready to sell property here in Indiana and hope to find someone like him. Thank you! The sale went smoothly, appropriate contracts were drawn up, all basis covered, questions answered and done so in a timely manner. The other office personnel also helped and they too were efficient and helpful. Top notch from beginning to end.
