Rochelle is a second-generation Realtor. She grew up watching her mother work in the profession. Rochelle understands how important customer service is and has unyielding dedication to buyers and sellers across northern San Luis Obispo County. Her work ethic and tenacity are second to none.

Rochelle moved to the Central Coast in 1992 where she graduated from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo earning a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. After college, she studied and earned her private pilot's license. She went on to begin her career in law enforcement with Santa Barbara Sheriff's and finished her career with the Atascadero Police Department. Rochelle earned her MBA in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. Her proven leadership is portrayed time and time again. When she's not working, you can find her on the golf course, riding motorcycles, working on her home, or serving the community through the Atascadero Kiwanis's Club.

Seller reviewI have never experienced such professionalism and commitment as I experienced with Rochelle! I knew her through her previous job, which only enhanced her position with C-21. Her personal interaction and deducation to each of her clients is exceptional. I felt like I had a personal "caregiver" who had me as her one and only concern. Trust me when I say I've moved a lot of times in my life... but I have never enjoyed the experience as much as I did with Rochelle. From day one, her professionalism outshined the competition. I had choices, but I was blown away by her presentation, involvement, and follow-up on every single detail of my transaction. But I have to say that she went above and beyond by adding her own flair -- personal attention to details in helping sell my property. I always remember that old adage of baking something in the kitchen to entice the buyer. Rochelle stepped leaps & bounds beyond what I imagined... I'm lucky to have connected with THE BEST!

Seller reviewWorking with Rochelle was more like working with a Good Friend, which she became during our transaction. Recommended her to my son in law for future transaction. She is working on another transaction for us at the moment and it is currently under contract and I am sure this will go as smooth as the Monterey Ct property.
