She informed me of every aspect of my sale and was there with me every step of the way answering questions and explaining the process. Romae is an Excellent agent! Whom I would recommend and use again. She helped me not only with her knowledge of selling my property, but also providing information and guidance with renovations that I know helped me get top dollar for my property. She helped me find contractors to do necessary renovations. She even helped me with staging my property after the renovations so that it would look appealing to potential buyers. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained things so that I could understand them as well as keeping me encouraged when I would get a little frustrated. As mentioned previously, Romae is an outstanding agent. She respect's and listens to her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied and does everything she can to make sure the client gets the best service possible. I enjoyed working with her.

Seller reviewRomae was amazing. I was selling the house from Colorado and Romae was instrumental in handling onsite vendors and any issues with them. She actually spent time working from the home in order to handle issues. She also built relationships with neighbors and neighborhood leaders who were excellent resources. I could not have handled the issues - from clean up to repair - without her. She was indispensable. Excellent experience in a very difficult situation. Romae was with me every step of the way and provided outstanding service beyond my expectations. She was knowledgeable. Went beyond my expectations in so many ways. Invaluable.
