Rombye was incredibly accommodating. She was thorough and entertaining and fun. She showed us the area and gave us a lot of history. She sent us information about the interests/ questions we had. She was phenomenal. So glad she was our realtor. We felt she was working for our best interests.

Rombye did an excellent job selling a previous residence I had in Greeneville, as well as 32 acres of open land. She is organized and developed a strong marketing plan for this particular home, to include inviting other local realtors to tour the home in a breakfast setting, handing out a history of the home to potential buyers, listing the home professionally online, and consulting with me regularly when it was time to reduce the price. I could not be happier with the progress she made, and would absolutely hire her again. Rombye embodies all of the best aspects of a realtor. When I look at all of the qualities listed above, it highlights why I think so highly of her. She has an easy-going manner, but truly knows her craft and delivers results. She also communicates extremely well, and I was always kept informed. I logically thought that if I liked her as a person so much, my potential buyer would too. That proved to be the case. My particular home was a one-of-a-kind property, and I wanted the buyer to respect the effort, money and love that brought that old home back to life, even if I sold it at a loss. He did, and I was happy to leave the home in good hands to carry the work forward.
