He was very professional and knowledgeable when assessing the property on how to sell it for the best price. Moreover, that was evidenced when we were under contract in the time frame he stated at the price range we agreed on. It's always hard buying or selling a property remotely, but Rooster worked hard to accommodate to make the transaction easy.

Rooster Harris was awesome in helping me pick out homes that would fit my needs, going out of his way to show me those homes and finally helping me put in my offer when I found the right house for me. Rooster and Jake were super helpful when it came to negotiations, terms of the sale, and everything in between. Rooster was polite, easy to get a hold of and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a local guy that knows his stuff!
