She also made herself available to me at all times and presented herself in a professional manner. She was always courteous, mannerable and most polite.

She did well in selecting what she felt was the best two offers for my home. This avoided having to review several offers when only one good offer was sufficient. This reduced stress on everyone and avoided wasting valuable time.

I always stress when I know I have to complete something, and she would handle so much for me so I wouldn't have to panic till I got it done! Working 10-12 hour days, 7 days a week, with limited phone access, she was always available to talk in the limited time I had, and was patient while waiting to hear back from me, when she needed anything from me.
