Rosemary Jenkins, began her Real Estate Career back in 2004 in Florida, and has held and currently holds multi-state licenses. She brought her expertise and experience to the Carolinas in 2007. Rosemary's service and expertise is absolutely invaluable to her clients and customers! Her vast knowledge of over 30 years and background in sales, sales management, and customer service is her driving force in this ever changing market. Rosemary is extremely passionate about this city and its growth. Her track record of over forty five properties sold in just four months proves her willingness and dedication to all of her clients. Helping others pursue home ownership, or making the move you always wanted is Rosemary's number one goal. Rosemary held the titles of Ms. Crown of North Carolina Elite, and Ms. Crown of America Elite 2019-2020 amongst various others. In her spare time she is now working toward winning the title and in pursuing her dream title, Ms. World. Rosemary is very devoted to helping others. Currently, she volunteer's her spare time working with young unwed mothers and inspiring others with her book, "Project Inspiration Words & Pictures To Inspire You". Rosemary is a mom of 4 children, a member in the Chamber of Commerce, The Charlotte Reginal Realtors Association, and various non-profits for human trafficking and orphans!
