Seller reviewRussell's recommendations were in line with my expectations. Many times, sellers have unrealistic expectations with respect to value, etc. I did not have these issues, which likely facilitated the ease with which the house was sold. Russell did not try to "extract excessive value" or "sell me bag of goods." Having known Russell for a few years, he probably knew that wouldn't work anyway.
