Sally had shown us some properties in the past and we liked that she was very organized, honest, and responsive. Sally is OUTSTANDING. We shopped around for realtors, and are so happy we went with her. She is extremely organized, which made dealing with all the paperwork much easier. She is a very honest and trustworthy person, the attribute that is by far most important to us. We trusted all her advice, knew she would never mislead a buyer, and never doubted she had our best interest at heart. Lastly, she is extremely responsive. We could send her a text/email/call at almost any time of the day and she would respond quickly. This was crucial to relaxing our anxieties, and really made the overall experience far less stressful. Our home sold after the first showing (and it was NOT underpriced). This was of course a bit of luck, but also a testament to how great Sally is. She brought in a designer who helped us go room by room and gave great suggestions to make the house look absolutely perfect. Her photographer also did a fantastic job, and I believe his photos are what made the buyers want to see the house in the first place. Sally is fantastic. We really couldn't be happier. We only hope we can find a realtor half as good as her when we purchase our home in LA.
