I am a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa. I consider myself an expert on the Tampa Bay Area as I have watched it grow into the regional powerhouse that it is today. I graduated from the University of Tampa where I also played baseball. I was fortunate enough to be drafted by the New York Yankees and pitch in the Major Leagues. Following my playing career, I went into coaching and have been coaching baseball at The University of Tampa for the last 22 years. Baseball has taught me many things, including discipline, drive, and work ethic.
I have always had a passion for real estate as I have invested in real estate myself. I know that buying a home may be the biggest purchase a family will make, and my commitment is to make the process as seamless as possible. Paying attention to detail is my strength and I believe in integrity, hard work, and loyalty.
When I am not helping a family find their forever home, you can find me spending time with my family at the beach, the same beaches I grew up on as a kid. I am also an avid sports fan. I love watching my 11-year-old daughter play soccer and I support all our hometown teams, Bucs, Lightning, and Rays.

Sam was always patient and understanding with all of our thousands of questions and concerns. He really put himself in our position and talked through every detail with us. He helped us every way possible even when we got discouraged and thought we wanted to give up. Sam was always (and remains) accessible through texts at any time of day, which was so important because we both run busy companies and have demanding hours. Sam's real estate knowledge & his access to getting us information quickly was helpful since we hadn't purchased a home in 20 years, so much has changed. When there was a question Sam referred to his office and that was cool to know he had great support team backing US all the way. We would give Sam a 15 out 10, he was great to work with!
