I worked with Sandy Corrales while I was was with Palmdale School District and she was a board member. She knows our community well and I had no doubt that she would give me her full time and attention. Sandy did not disappoint! Within two or three days she had appointments scheduled for me to view homes that met my criteria and within just a few days more she found the perfect home for me. She assisted me in making a fair offer that was below the seller's asking price. During the 30 day escrow process she was on top of making sure that I received all the documents that needed my review and signature in a timely way. We closed escrow and she greeted me at my new home with a congratulations gift and the keys. I highly recommend Sandy Corrales! Her work ethic, personal attention, and friendly approach made my home buying experience outstanding.

We actually had another realtor before Sandy came to us, however we felt her and her husband were not really interested in our needs but more of hurry up and buy approach as well as pushing us to increase our budget. Sandy heard and listened to what our needs were and our budget. She was honest and truthful and that is what I look for in my realtor. Sandy went above and beyond our expectations.
