(See below) Sandy Tams went over and above in helping me move - even to the extent of doing physical labor herself and hiring repair and cleaning persons as necessary. She arranged and/or recommended services I needed to bring the house into saleable condition and saw that they did their job correctly. She worked on clearing out and staging my property for sale while I was out of town. Sandy advised me on which offers were best to consider accepting and why. While waiting for a closing date,she kept me updated and reassured that all was going well. No one could expect more and I really appreciated all she did. Thank you, Sandy.
