Sarah is timely, intentional, motivated, and persistent which are all great qualities of a real estate agent. Sarah really cares and as we were looking at houses, she'd be honest and tell us how that house may not fit our goals. Sarah's really well knowledged on a lot of important factors of houses when shopping that I feel like most wouldn't know. Including red flags to look for in the foundation and the smallest, most random things in the deteails that I otherwise wouldn't have noticed. Our house sold seamlessly with her persistence and dedication. We were worried about the sale of our house considering it was right on a highway, but we sold within the first 4 weeks of listing which was HUGE.
