Making the Lyndonville/St. Johnsbury area my home, and raising my family here over the last 43 years, has shown me the joys of small town living. Here, I have had the opportunity to be a printer, teacher, magazine editor, salesman & business adviser, traveling between larger communities and the NEK. Children form life-long friendships, meet others from all over the world at the local high school, travel to Washington, Boston, NYC, Europe and beyond. Wonder presents itself around every corner, the caring communities, isolated gores, incredible countryside with hidden geographic gems, and a world of cultural connections. We lived out of state and were unable to travel and Scott made us feel comfortable with the whole process. He went above and beyond to help us feel confident that we were making the right decision given the unforeseen circumstances.

Buyer reviewThere really isn't too much more to say. Except for writing the checks, Scott is responsible for this deal happening. We were out of the state, out of continental USA, needed to ask for multiple extensions due to a contingent sale of out of state property, and knew up front that we couldn't attend any closings. All of this had to be handled through a listing agent. The entire deal was a nightmare situation. A lesser agent, or lesser person for that matter, would have thrown up there hands. It's because of Scott that we now own this lakefront property.
