Seth & I met at an open house when I first started looking for a new home in the area. We just clicked as he understood what I was looking for & the value I expected from the property & the area it would be located in. After looking at about 4 homes together & listening to our feedback, Seth was able to hone in on what we wanted. Seth found the neighborhoods that met our criteria & it was a short time in which we found the right home for us. Seth just took it from there. He made sure we did not pay for things we didn't have to & basically negotiated with the seller's agent on our behalf within the financial parameters we set. Seth went above & beyond in gathering needed information about the property for us as we did not live nearby. Yes, we would refer family & friends to Seth as we are sure he would take care of them as he took care of us & help find them the right home at the best price.
