Shandy is very professional and personable. She responded to all our questions in a timely manner. When we were looking at a homes with her she understood our concerns and interests and recommended properties she felt would benefit us. When we sold one of our rentals she was great at letting us know when it was being shown and when I asked her about installing a dual unit in a room, she made it clear it would help the sale. It sold not long after. I have recommended and will continue recommending Shandy, and of course use her again in the future.

We met Shandy while looking at a rental home in Sullivan MO that she was the agent for. After showing us this home we were impressed with her knowledge of the home and how she let us look at the home alone. We passed on that home but was very comfortable with Shandy that we used her to look at other homes. She responded to any question we had within a surprisingly short time. We used our nephew to purchase our last rental who was very unprofessional. He was always on his phone, didn't know the answers to our questions and didn't respond to any questions or offers we made until sometimes after I asked again days later. Shandy was a pleasant change as she was very professional, friendly and seemed to really care about what we were looking for. We are using her again on possibly making another offer on a home in St. Clair, MO.

Shandy was very pleasant, with a friendly demeanor and very knowledgeable. She kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises or hiccups. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for an easier sale of my home. I am a very happy and satisfied client. I would definitely recommend her expertise to others.
