Buyer reviewShannon was excellent to work with. This was a challenging transaction as we were purchasing remotely combined with a 1031 exchange. Shannon took the time to understand our purchasing situation and the time frame in which we needed to execute the transaction. Shannon was very accommodating in showing us a number of properties and played an integral role in securing the offer. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer any question that arose. Purchasing remotely was challenging in that we were not familiar with the nuances of the area but Shannon's local knowledge and understanding personality gave us the reassurances we needed to feel confident in our purchase. As we were executing a 1031 exchange Shannon was key in communicating with the accommodator, the lender, the title company, and the listing agent and sellers. Shannon made this process very pleasant and was someone we would always want on our team. We are very grateful for her hard work.
