Shannon was great to work with and showed great enthusiam/commitment to getting the property listed and sold. We talked about what price to list it at, she went over comparables with me, what the market was like currently in the area for the real estate I was selling, and I believe she priced it just right as it was under contract in 2 weeks or less. That contract was for full price! She even went the extra mile for the new buyer by going above and beyond with cleaning the whole house, making sure little fixes were done, and for both of us she made sure to coordinate with the appraiser, the closing agent, the bank, and us, the buyer and seller. Highly recoomend. Extremely personable and likeable. Like her so much that I've listed a couple more properties with her and intend to buy real estate through her.
