We were absentee owners and Sharon helped us in several dire circumstances which could have resulted in the loss of our buyer. We are greatful. She acted quickly and the result was favorable.

Seller reviewAs soon as Sharon Haldane took over my house, I felt a difference! The communication was quick and easy. She was in constant communication with me either by phone calls, texting or emails. I knew quite well what was going on despite my being several hundreds of miles away! And for some reasons more people started to come check the house. Two buyers came in quick and one of them bought the house. The house was sold within about six months that she was on the case.Sharon was perfect and extremely helpful! She was there to supervise all the fixes the house needed and to negotiate for me with all the parties. She was always available, week-end or not! I would choose her again in a heartbeat! As I told her at the closing , she has become like a family member! Sharon has my highest recommendation!
