Sharon Xavier, a new Realtor for Century 21 Epic was born in San Francisco, Ca and started school in Japan. Lived in Maryland and the Bay Area, married on the Beach- Island Ambergris Caye in Belize. Has lived in Hidden Valley Lake and been a homeowner since 1995.
Her Major was Journalism/Real Estate at Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill. Has a certificate from National Paralegal College, San Jose, Ca. Twenty-one years of Mortgage Banking experience, reviewing loans for Secondary Market sales. Also was a Bankruptcy Specialist. Became a Realtor December 13, 2018, and began working for Coldwell Banker Towne and Country May of 2019, selling property in HVL and the Kelseyville Riviera.
In 2015 the Valley Fire swept through Hidden Valley Lake as they lived near the Ranchos and lost everything, except saving their dog Buddy and was able to grab a bag of old pictures. The unexpected disasters of life happen, November 2015 they celebrated Thanksgiving in their new home in Hidden Valley Lake with Buddy. It was still the best place to live and has just been improving, with the Greenview restaurant being rebuilt with a wonderful menu for everybody. All the amenities of golf, swimming in a competition pool, dog parks, the private lake, tennis courts, boating, parks for children and safety of a gated community. And is now a Fire-wise area.
Destinations like, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Napa and Sacramento are just a couple of hours away.
