Stephen is a reliable guy who always have an answer whenever we ask. His quick response and professionalism leave us a very deep impression. To sell this property, Stephen well prepared and took good strategies which result in a quick sale with a reasonable price in a downtrend market. During the whole process of the selling, I feel I am not only doing business with Stephen, but we are also friends now.
