Seller reviewSusie has stayed in touch over many years of our considering selling property. When we were finally ready, so was she. She was familiar with site and any issues/requirements related to it. From start to finish, even with multiple offers to respond to, took just over 1 month. Susie's local knowledge and contacts were very helpful. Combined with our familiarity with the property - a vacant lot - and it's history, all questions could be answered quickly. It was an overall good experience.
