As a native of the Grand Strand and Pee Dee Region since the early 1960s, Suzanne has witnessed firsthand the amazing transformation of the Grand Strand area - from the backbone "mom and pop" small businesses to become one of the top-rated places to live in the United States. With her over forty-year successful business career in marketing and sales in healthcare and the hospitality industry, she is an agent that will lead her clients to their dream home "at the beach". Having recently moved to Myrtle Beach full-time to be near her awesome grandkids, and to start her new real estate business with Century 21 Boling has been a dream come true!
