My name is Tagen Pechacek. I am the proud wife of a Navy Veteran, and honored mother of two sons. I am passionate about God, family, and real estate. My mother is a real estate broker, so I grew up in the industry and had always dreamed of pursuing the same rewarding career path. Now, I've realized that dream as a licensed real estate broker with more than 16 years of experience, during which time I have excelled in many different market climates, gaining invaluable insight and knowledge to share with my clients. I have guided clients through the uncertainties of 2008 when foreclosures threatened so many but rather than accepting defeat, I negotiated short sales on behalf of my clients which required perseverance and patience. I have worked in HOT markets where listings sold within hours and bidding wars were the norm. To help my clients realize their dream of homeownership at that time, I had to be readily available, day or night and remain diligent until that dream was achieved. I have also weathered the market during the peak of COVID when so much had to be done remotely and virtually. When there is a will, there is a way! No matter the market, people will always have a need to move, whether that means buying, selling, or leasing, I will be there to ensure the most seamless transaction possible where you will experience peace of mind knowing you've chosen a seasoned and trustworthy professional with the Golden Rule at the core of everything I do.
