They were so supportive and wondeful in every way I needed them to be, and they even dropped off a meal for me when I was recovering from surgery during my marketing-prep timeline. The photos of my home were so fabulous that I'll be printing them for an album, showcasing my 9yrs of determination to make 1218 White Oak a beautiful, cozy and unique HOME, not just a property. They kept in touch with me consistently, even while they were on vacations/trips and never missed a beat. During the closing, Ted showed up and it made me feel valued and a completion, full circle, of my life chapter on 1218 White Oak.

They are experts of the area and market and have great knowledge in understanding the value of a home. My husband and I had invested considerably in our home remodel in the past year as we did not anticipate moving for at least five years. When a job relocation came our way we wanted to make sure that potential buyers understood the value and investment that we put into the home. Ted and Anne made sure to have a list of all the work we did inclusive of adding the cost per each project in the information for prospective buyers and buyers agents so they understood that our home was unlike any othe in our neighborhood. They did a great job marketing the home and supporting us throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

We were coming from out of state and they made sure that we had the smoothest home buying process I've ever had. They were extremely good at communicating and making sure everything got done when it needed to be done. They didn't hesitate to make sure we saw every house we wanted to see plus more when we flew in for a weekend visit. Hands down the best (and least stressful) time I've had buying a home and I'd work with them in an instant! 10/10 would recommend!!
