I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client's wishes implementing my complete marketing strategy package and getting the property sold! As a Listing and Marketing agent, my clients come first. Seller reviewI was very happy with Tere Episale and I feel it was her energy, know how, and professionalism that sold the property very quickly. I was not happy with the other real estate agents who showed the house and therefore, will always offer the sale of any property to Tere first. Tere helped me in other ways that just selling my mother's house and I was very thankful for her help. She is sincere and compassionate. Tere and I will remain friends indefinitely. You should be very proud to have her on your team. We were extremely confidant that Tere would do a great job in a short time and she certainly did. She is excellent in her job and there are zero complaints about her performance. We will highly recommend her to any of our friends and family. I only called the office a couple of times and got a good response, nothing spectacular just regular. The experience was terrific. I had just lost my mother, brother, and stepfather in the past two years all having died in the house. Tere was a dream to work with as I seemed to be in shock and constantly crying. She was a steady anchor in my grief. If not for Tere, I would probably have just had a nervous breakdown. I am not at all exagerating
