Coming from a small community 200 miles from Ames, we needed someone we could trust to have our best interest in mind and be honest with us about the properties that were up for consideration. Our son assured us that Teresa would fit that bill. He was correct. We could not have been happier with all the time and effort Teresa put into helping us find a home. She made the process seem easy and we trusted her to have everything in order. It all went very smoothly. I am not kidding when I say Teresa Dodge was excellent in all the personality areas. Her patience had to have been tested several times as she worked with these two old folk. She was more than we could have asked for in an agent. Even when she was dealing with a serious personal problem, the death of her sister, she remained in contact with us and worked for us. That was above and beyond. The stress over this big move for us was greatly reduced because she kept encouraging us in our search. She was careful to try and stay in our budget, but was also honest with us that our budget was probably not going to result in the type of house we wanted. She was right, but let us realize that for ourselves before she started showing us houses outside our original budget. We thank her for that. We are very happy with the end result.
