Calling Tess Marquez to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side and she surpassed our expectations. Her selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which her knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the our market. This resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. In addition, she knew how to market our home. It blew us away when Tess called after hitting the market with a great offer on our house. We accepted and Tess was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We sold the house in 14 days We put our trust with Tess and it paid off. If I was ever going to sell or buy again she be the first person I would call !!!

Tess understands the market and works to educate her clients as to their homes value as part of an overall pricing strategy. She gave us great suggestions on how to stage the home given that we were still living in it at the time of showing. Although we had some slight differences of opinion on the pricing strategy, we trusted Tess' judgement and had multiple offers in just 4 days and were pleased with the end result. We would not only recommend Tess, but would use her for our next sale!
