Luis, a Chicago native raised near Midway Airport, brings deep-rooted knowledge of Chicago's diverse neighborhoods, shaped by 22 years of service as a police officer. He earned his Broker's license in 2006 and has since built a portfolio of investment properties while actively serving clients.
