Seller reviewThis was my second purchase with Tim. The first involved a long search followed by waiting out a 9 month short sale approval. Despite the long wait and hundreds of miles on his car he never lost patience and always encouraged me to keep doing showings, just in case. This time was another long search to find the perfect spot. We encountered multiple speed bumps from all sides prior to getting the deal done. Tim attacked each complication head on with total professionalism never losing his cool and making sure to do everything he could to get the deal over the finish line. Tim is a pleasure to work with, well respected in his industry and is an example of everything a realtor should be.
