We have been trying to buy a house for the past 5 years and have had different life events set us back. Chris has stuck with us the entire time, showing his dedication but never pressuring us. He was always understanding and helpful during our hard times, staying in contact and making it known he would assist in anyway he could. We had a house suddenly come up under a program that not many people knew about. Chris put in so much time and effort to learn the program and get it all put together for us. Even though we weren't able to get the house, Chris stayed positive and understanding and we couldn't believe the level of effort he was putting in for us. When Chris recommended our current home, we fell in love and needed to make a move quickly. We were extremely stressed because we were weeks away from having a baby. Chris worked quickly and diligently with our unique time crunch and helped us to get this house just in time. We absolutely wouldnt be where we are now without Chris.
