Tina was a phenomenal Realtor, from the very first showing we had with her to our closing of our new home. Tina is everything you could want in a Realtor. She is extremely professional, in addition to being such a friendly and kind person. Tina anticipated every need we had from the beginning to the end. During the home search process she was extremely flexible and got us into many homes on short notice, which was so helpful because we lived out of town, with crazy work schedules. During our home search she really made sure that we were aware of all the issues each home presented and did thorough research on each property, so we really knew what we were looking at. Never once did we feel pressured our rushed while looking at homes. Once we found our perfect home she did a wonderful job negotiating with our seller, getting us a great deal on our home, as well as making sure all of requests following our inspection had been completed. Not to mention her great talent as a realtor, we really felt like we had a friend through the process, who was always there when we had a question or need. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us by doing things like putting together utility provider lists for us, figuring out trash services for us and all the little things that can seem overwhelming when you first move - she found out for us! She also contacted the local treasurer to find the home owner history of home, made sure we were introduced to the community, she brought us farm fresh eggs from her chickens for our new fridge, checked on permitting for our plans to build a fence, and at the end of our process gave us beautiful customized and local pieces to make our home a little more special. She even got our dogs locally baked treats! A fabulous human and an amazing realtor! We found our realtor for life and I couldn't emphasize enough how great she is. 5 stars doesn't do her justice. Amazing, in every way.
