Buyer reviewWhen i first spoke with Tina, I told her I was looking for an agent who would be a shark, in our case, as I was helping my daughter buy her first home. When looking at the market and the financial circumstances of my daughter, I knew this was going to be a difficult process. And it was. Tina guided us through every step of the process and went above and beyond in making sure everything was executed exactly as required, even when the inept lender failed at their responsibilities. The circumstances were such that Tina stated that our closing was the most difficult she had ever encountered. At times, when we wanted to give up cancel the contract, Tina kept her positive attitude and, in the end, made everything come together.
