Seller reviewTodd Foust made the sale of my childhood home easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Todd had been my property manager for many years and I quickly grew to trust that he always had my best interest in what needed to be done. Todd's creativity, knowledge of what the market wanted created the perfect formula for the house going into escrow a week after going on the market for well above asking price. Todd told me in simple and understandable terms what was happening, gave solid recommendations and maintained a sense of humor which was helpful. Todd sold a rental for me the year before in Anaheim. Todd supervised all the renovations needed for both houses. Todd's recommendations were in my best interest and appealled to the market. Todd knows his stuff. Both transactions were smooth and left me happy at the end.
