I did not consciencely pick Tommy. I was passed off by another agent at another company when he took a promotion. I did not like being treated like a piece of meat and switched real estate companies. Tommy Carpenter turned out to be a Godsend and I pray a friend for many years to come. He helped me with every aspect of this 'adventure bc it was my 1st time buying. I can honestly say that I felt/feel like Tommy has my back. Without his help, I believe that i wouldnt feel as comfortable and happy with my purchase/deal. If I had money to buy other properties, no matter where in the world, I would want Tommy as my agent. He gets a million platinum A++++'s from me. Tommy explained everything I asked about in layman's terms so that I could clearly comprehend. Simply put, Tommy is the best. The biggest factor for me is that I felt that Tommy was open and honest with me which helped build our trust (something I don't do easily).
