Seller reviewI was referred to Tony Lander by my close friend who is a realtor in the San Diego area. I live in San Diego but grew up in Petaluma and was in charge of helping my parents with their move and house sale. I trust my friend and she knows my parents and their situation so her recommendation was critical to choosing Tony. His personality was also a very good fit with my father's who is somewhat difficult and gruff. Tony was very patient and respectful with my parents during a difficult situation. They did not want to move out of their home but it was time and there was a month's plus worth of work to do to get the property ready for sale. Tony was responsive to their questions and needs and creative regarding investments needed to sell the house. Tony had to coordinate with both my father and myself throughout the sale and he was always responsive and thorough. I would recommend him to other friends in need of a realtor, especially in a difficult situation like this one.

Buyer reviewI asked Karl Bundesen to help me purchase a home to help our kids get into the housing market. He lined our family up with Tony Lander, and it could not have worked out better! Tony listened to our wants on our home search. As our search began Tony understood what we were after, and worked EVERY day as our search evolved. And it did evolve! As we got started on our search our entire family felt Karl made the best choice in lining us up with Tony. Tony was prepared for the long haul, and to accommodate our unique housing needs. During these different (covid) times Tony took every precaution to ensure my family's safety. As well as the owners of the homes we visited. We looked at a lot of homes and put offers on two. Tony made the entire process go as smooth as it could. I was not sure if the timing was right for a home purchase, after we got started. The market seemed to change every day. But Tony was a constant, and we ended up with a wonderful home. Thank you Tony! We look forward to building on our new friendship, as you truly have become a friend.

Seller reviewWe decided it was time to sell our rental,of 25+yrs. It looked absolutely exquisite once the staging was completed then few days later was put on the market. Less than 2 weeks later, a shelter in place was ordered & everything came to a screeching halt,due to Covid 19! Thank goodness Tony Lander was our broker.He managed to navigate us through a most unusual period,few people have experienced. But he did so skillfully with his expertise and vast knowledge.He calmed our nerves,concerns & answered any questions we through at him ..did I mention his utmost patience he had throughout this entire process? Finally there was a light at the end of the tunnel & homes were scheduling showings. The perfect buyer appeared and a match for our rental became her new home! A huge "Thank-you" to Tony Lander for making all this happen.We couldn't have asked for anyone better. Definitely will recommend to our family & friends!
