Seller reviewWorking with Tonya and the staff at Century 21 Garlington & Associates was wonderful. It made my home selling process very simple and pain free! Tonya has a warm attitude. She is easy to get along with and work with and she knows her stuff! She is knowledgeable about the market both for buyers and sellers. This truly helped us price our home properly, and I believe it helped attract buyers and keep it on the market for a short period of time. What I was most impressed with was Tonya's communication with the buyer's realtor/lender during the transaction process to help facilitate and ensure closing in a timely fashion. Her expertise truly showed time and time again as the realtor from our buyer was not an advocate for his clients, not knowledgeable in many of the home buying process, nor a good facilitator in any communications (it seemed). I cannot praise her enough. It's almost sad my house sold--as I may have had just too much fun in this pain free home selling process!
