She followed up constantly called, texted, & emailed with updates, even when she was on vacation and sick. We were not local during purchase but Susan made that a non-issue. She made sure we had all the information and documents we needed. to have a smooth closing. I would highly recommend her and we would defintely use her again to buy in the Blue Ridge area.
