Growing up in the Five Cities and calling North County home for the past 10 years has given her valuable insights into the many unique communities that enrich California's Central Coast. Her diverse background spans home health, retail, and chiropractic care, with roles like office manager, billing coordinator, and marketer.

Since 2021, Val has been on a dedicated path to mastering the nuances of real estate. Her journey began as an office assistant and escrow transaction coordinator for Century 21 in San Luis Obispo. In this role, she orchestrated the intricacies behind real estate transactions. After transitioning into residential real estate sales in 2023 and beginning a commercial real estate mentorship in 2024, Val has immensely enjoyed the more exciting aspect of guiding clients through the journey of buying or selling one of their most cherished investments.
