She kept the process on track by lining up inspections, managing work that needed to be done and taking care of lots of "extras" that saved us time and money. Val went above and beyond during every step of the way; before, during and after the purchase. She was always there for our phone calls, immediate return of text and timely email responses. Val thoroughly understands her market area and took the time to get to know us and truly recognized what we were looking for. She offered us a very wide range of property options and knew which choice was for us as we realized it. Being we are out of the area, Val, without being asked, took the initiative to meet a myriad of inspectors, appraiser, contractors, etc. on our behalf. Val also has the local knowledge to refer excellent contractors such as flooring, painters, gutters, etc. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Val and her personal touch is beyond excellent! We would not hesitate to refer her.
