One of the many reasons why she's the best of the best is because she's very understanding of a persons wants and needs to find a place that can be called a forever home. The way she also approaches situations when a person becomes unsure or nervous in this process is amazing because she tells you the various outcomes before it even emerges. She's one step ahead of everyone and that's amazing. Gives a person ease and preparation of the next steps required in the process. When it comes to her communication skills, it's the best I've ever heard & seen! Vanessa kept me up to date while in the process purchasing home and gave instructions as to what is needed to be done next in this process.
