I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Velky Lopez. Before I met Velky Lopez, I had changed two real estate agents and it had been about a little over a year that we had been house hunting and we were ready to give up for some time. We were first time home buyers in our 20s (so very stressful and new experience) and met Velky during an open house she had set up. She was friendly and welcoming and had a lot of knowledge and experience. We decided to try her out and have her email us her listings (which were all wonderful homes that I never seem to get from previous agents). I'm so so so incredibly happy and grateful we chose her because she was quick, fantastic, paid very close attention to details, enjoys her job and most importantly , listened to all our concerns and wants!!! Other agents I had worked with kept pushing us on our budget to go overboard to win a home and were lazy about meeting us halfway and just were not as supportive and understanding. Not only did I land an amazing almost-new looking home that had no major issues in a wonderful neighborhood, but she stayed totally within our budget!! Our seller and seller agent were very difficult to work with and she didn't even let us know till the end so we wouldn't have to worry thru the process. She handled everything diligently and gracefully. I plan to hopefully purchase and invest in more real estate in near future and will only be using Velky Lopez as my real estate agent.

She is truly a lovely person that takes great pride in her work and is meticulous. She brings a human touch to real estate.
