She was also assertive in her coordination with the owner's agent in ensuring that their obligations were met (deficiencies were corrected, owner's items left behind were removed from the property).

Buyer reviewVenessa is so knowledgeable of El Paso generally and that helps so much. She takes into consideration the aspects of a potential home with how it could be living life in that home. (i.e. the perfect Christmas tree spot, how far away from work it might be and schools in the area if you have a family) Venessa goes lengths to be able to answer any and all your questions, even after you've closed and gotten your keys. Venessa truly has passion for what she does and you can see it! 10/10 recommend!
