Buyer reviewVicki was our most valuable asset in finding our Port Charlotte home. She knew the area really well, and more importantly, LISTENED as we described our wants and needs. She was able to sort thru all of the "rejects" to find within them the features we liked, and those we didn't. When the right house came on the market, she knew it was a match to both my wife and me, and called us immediately. And she was right - we made an offer the next day, and within two days had a framework for agreement with the sellers! Our closing was within 60 days. The seller's indeed also relied and trusted Vicki to help them with the process as well. Vicki's hard work made our dreams happen for us!
