Viveca Zuniga-Lorenzo was born in the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting, From the University of Santo Thomas, An Accredited University in the United States of America.

She earned her Certified Public Accountant License thereafter.

She worked for four (4) years as an auditor at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo and Company, the leading

and largest Accounting Firm in the Philippines which became a member firm of Ernst and Young International in 2002.

She migrated to the United States of America, worked as a Senior Accountant for sixteen (16) years at Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco. She consolidated Financial Statements of Bechtel Corporation offices around the world. Bechtel Corporation was one of the three (3) well known Engineering Consultant Firms, who had built San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and had also Engineered some of Saudi Arabia's most Signature Projects like Oil Refineries, Airports, Industrial Plants and many others. Bechtel ranked No. 1 on the Engineering News Record list of top 400 U.S. Contractors for twenty-two (22) consecutive years and has been recognized as one of the world's top Contractors by ENR.

A Baskin-Robbins Franchise Owner in Fairfield and Orinda, California for twenty-two (22) years.

She earned her Real Estate Broker License in California in 2010.

As a Professional and Business owner who has earned her Licenses through a combination of Education, Experience and Examinations, she is determined to assists and do everything in her power as an Associate Real Estate Broker of Century 21 Epic, to help people in their major and once in a lifetime sales and purchase of their Residential Homes, Commercial or Business with Dignity, Honesty, and Integrity.
