Having been in the Real Estate profession since 2004, I have met many new friends and acquaintances. I have worked exclusively with buyers and sellers representing their best interest in this ever changing Real Estate Market. My experience is primarily in, but not limited to North Ga. Counties, Cherokee, Pickens, Gilmer, Dawson, Fannin and Union. I have experience in gated communities, vacation homes, recreation lots, and first time home buyers I am a member of the Pickens County Board of Realtors and actively attend Trinity Tabernacle in Jasper Ga. I grew up in Canton until moving to Jasper 12 years ago with my husband Keith. We live part-time in Blairsvile on Lake Knottley. We love spending the summer there with our kids, grandchildren and friends. Buyer reviewWanda blalock was a delight to work with. While we were viewing homes she pointed things out to us that we wouldn't have noticed. For example, the home we decided on was beautiful but the walls were covered in pictures. She noted that those pictures would leave a lot of holes in the walls and suggested we ask for them to be repaired. We would not have thought about that. Upon closing there were also some issues with the seller. There were some items they offered to fix and upon closing had not. Wanda made this right and had the repairs completed on her own. I highly recommend Wanda because she made buying a house very easy. She worked with what we wanted and made it happen.
